We are looking for a Cybersecurity OT Auditor / Test Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will evaluate and test the security of OT (Operational Technology) environments, ensuring compliance with international standards and identifying risks within industrial and production systems.
As a Cybersecurity OT Auditor / Test Engineer, you will play a key role in auditing, assessing, and improving cybersecurity controls across business processes and technical environments, with a particular focus on industrial and critical infrastructure settings.
What will be your responsibilities?
Perform cybersecurity audits and technical assessments of OT environments and supporting IT systems
Evaluate compliance with ISO 27001 and IEC 62443 standards
Perform testing and validation of security controls in industrial/production environments
Analyse business processes and operations to identify cybersecurity risks and improvement areas
Assess technical security measures such as network segmentation, access control, and system hardening
Contribute to audit reports with clear structured findings
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering and operations teams
Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity and quality processes
A Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent Bachelor's degree. A Master's Degree is a plus
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001
Knowledge of OT Cybersecurity concepts and aligned with the IEC 62443 framework
Experience with security tools (Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite…)
Basic scripting or automation (Python, Powershell, Bash…)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and reporting skillsAptitude for teamwork in an international environment
A good command of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
