Are you an auditor or verifier with a passion for sustainability, who likes to connect practice and theory?
In this position you combine carrying out audits and verifications with a professional range of tasks. You work with leading sustainability standards such as ISCC and ETS-2, and translate these complex frameworks into daily practice. This not only ensures reliable and high-quality audits, but you also guarantee the professional quality within the team.
In addition to your own audit work, you play an important role in guiding and developing fellow auditors. You are able to support existing and new auditors during their qualification process and act as a substantive point of contact for technical issues. In this way you contribute to the further professionalization of our team and make a direct impact on the sustainability of the sectors in which we are active.
You have a university working and thinking level, preferably in environmental science, chemistry, agriculture or accountancy;
Experience with audits, preferably financial audits;
Knowledge of ISCC standards, EU RED III (Renewable Energy Directive) and processes surrounding renewable energy and willingness to follow training to meet ISCC requirements;
Knowledge of ETS-2 regulations (directive 2003/87/EC, MRR and AVR;
Experience with data and information auditing, such as materiality levels, risk analysis, partial observations/sampling, control activities, control procedures;
Technical knowledge of the sector and the monitoring and reporting aspects relevant to ETS-2 is an advantage.
