Test Engineer Industrial Components

Your expertise is most needed within our Industrial Components segment. This role is perfect for those who thrive on conducting thorough tests on electrical components like circuit breakers, contactors, switches, and kWh meters. 

Responsibilities

• You independently conduct tests in our own test laboratory where we perform tests with currents up to 10 kA;

• Together with colleagues from other teams, you create test plans and assess the results based on international standards;

• You receive and guide customers who occasionally attend the tests;

• You maintain contact with the customer and discuss the test results;

• You create reports and certificates for the tests performed;

• You are involved in the maintenance and upgrades of the equipment in the test laboratory.

You come to this role equipped with extensive knowledge and expertise, and additionally you: 

• You have a secondary vocational education / higher professional education level with sufficient knowledge of electronics;

• You are familiar with electrotechnical industrial components;

• You are independent and can work solution-oriented;

• Demonstrate strong language skills in English.
